What is RANGE?

RANGE represents the breadth of your physical ability—the capacity to move, perform, adapt, and continually expand what your body is capable of over time.

When you improve your Range, you expand what’s possible for your body and your life.

You move with less pain and greater ease.
You build strength, mobility, and confidence that carry into everything you do.
You resist the expectation of physical decline with age—becoming more capable, not less.
You break through plateaus and discover new levels of control, resilience, and awareness.

Improving your Range isn’t linear—it’s a cyclical, expansive process

What People Are Saying

  • “I just got back from my first run since our class Saturday--a bit of speed work day. It was one of my fastest sessions over the past year. The coming back to my mid-body with my hands/arms (as opposed to straight ahead)  got me into a sweet groove today. I noticed that my shoulders naturally seemed to do that figure 8 pattern as a result.

My thanks for the sessions you put on over the past month.I felt privileged to be part of a small group that allowed for such personalized interaction. I benefited from your strategy of "naturalness"--I tend to take things and exaggerate (like a good student) which, as you know, can be a good thing if there is a guide there to say on occasion "whoa! That's too much."

In a difficult period for me, you have been an inspiring person to be around. I like how you dissect physical motion and then put it together--fits my pattern of piano teaching. And, just watching you run made me happy to be alive--effortless, efficient, artistic.”

  • "If you run and you want to run faster, or you want to prevent running injuries - or both - you should take Coach Jaritt's Run 2.0 program. His knowledge and personal experience runs deep, and his passion to help people tap into their bodies' own elastic properties is undeniable. After taking a running technique course a few years ago my husband said I finally* "looked" like a runner (been running for over 30 years). And with his friendly and encouraging approach Saturday morning's on the track have never been so much fun! Two heels up (suction to my butt)!"

    Lana T.

  • "Dr Jaritt helped me improve my running stride tremendously! I never realized I was running incorrectly before and now that I know, I’m much faster and in less pain! Thanks!"

    Kathleen Z.

  • "Working with Jaritt has helped my running tremendously. I had been dealing with nagging calf injuries off and on for years, cycling through physio treatments every few months. Jaritt identified subtle issues with my stride and strike pattern that were the underlying cause and his training helped re-pattern my stride. I've been able to run injury free for almost two full years now, and feeling stronger and more stable in my running form.”

  • Dr jaritt is amazing I can't speak too highly about him. I went to see him after injuring my back at the gym. After 10 days in agony I was referred to total body health and got an appointment next day. It's now 2 weeks and I am no longer in pain and have learned techniques and exercises to move forward. I also learnt to breathe properly.!!😃 Thank you so much Jaritt.

  • In all the time I’ve been seeing Dr. Ptolemy I’ve always been listened to about current or ongoing injuries/issues and a very clear strategy to deal with whatever is going on . . . we do some treatment (mobility, laser , active release, or an adjustment). Dr. Ptolemy has so much knowledge and he really want his patients to understand that we need to fix the root of the problem and not just put a bandaid over it and that takes time. A brilliant and super holistic practice!

    Scott H.

  • Dr. Ptolemy took the time to understand the issues I was facing, provided quality care on site, explained how to avoid finding myself in a similar position in the near future and gave me exercises to help me proactively get back to doing the things I love. As an aging athlete it was nice to see someone interested in helping to better continue doing the things I love, instead of suggesting it is time to move on to something less explosive.

    Jason W.

  • Dr. Jarrit Ptolemy worked hard to get me better! Im 35 and havent learned that im not 25 any more. The injuries come from everywhere and Jarrits always got a way to make me better. Great conversations as well!
